COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Section 115 of CPC to set aside the fair and final orders passed in I.A.No.1145 of 2013 in O.S.No.365 of 2006 and I.A.No.1146 of 2013 in O.S.No.527 of 2007 dated 01.07.2014 passed by the Principal District Munsif Court at Cheyyar. COMMON JUDGMENT These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.1145 of 2013 in O.S.No.365 of 2006 and I.A.No.1146 of 2013 in O.S.No.527 of 2007 dated 01.07.2014 by the Principal District Munsif Court at Cheyyar.

2.On many occasions, the matter was adjourned either at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner or learned counsel for the respondents and finally when the matter came up for hearing on 18.04.2022, it was directed to be listed after vacation. Again the matter was listed on 06.06.2022, and there was no representation for the learned counsel for the petitioners. Hence the matter was directed to be posted on 07.06.2022, under the caption 'for dismissal'. 3.Even today, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioners. From the act of the learned counsel for the petitioners, it can be inferred that the petitioners are not interested to Page No:2/4
