Crl.O.P.No.12282 of 2016 S.VAIDYANATHAN, J., The petitioners who were arrayed as A1 and A4 apprehends arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 406, 423, 409 r/w 34 of IPC and 506(II) of IPC in Cr.No.99 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier on 12.06.2015, this petition was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Center. Since, no settlement was arrived at, this matter was referred to this Court. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the name of the petitioners/A1 to A4 have been deleted from the FIR. However, he has not produced the amended copy of the FIR.

3.Since the names of the petitioners had been deleted from the FIR, this petition is dismissed.
