This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1077 of 2025, the petitioner to report before the respondent Page No.1 of 4

police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by its order dated 21.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1077 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025 is relaxed.
