2. On the basis of the averments with supporting documents, though Mr.S.V.Ramamurthy, learned counsel for the petitioner made submissions, we expressed that even notice cannot be issued.

3. Mr.S.V.Ramamurthy, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with averments and supporting documents for the prayer sought for. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
