This application has been filed bring on record the proposed respondents 8 to 11 as respondents 8 to 11 in their capacity as the legal heirs of deceased T.Shanta Bai in the Original Petition.

2. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, proposed respondents 8 to 11 have to be impleaded as the respondents 8 to 11 as the legal heirs of the deceased T.Shanta Bai and this application is Ordered accordingly.
