2. Today, when these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioners application has been rejected by the 2nd respondent/ Tahsildar vide impugned order RC No.A1/202/2022, dated 18.03.2022.
