Today, when the matter is called, Mr. R.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent submitted that the directions made in the order dated 06.03.2015 in W.P.No.26822 of 2013 has been complied with by the respondent and the respondent has also passed an order on 13.10.2015.
