ORDER

The above civil revision petition is filed for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.295/2024 pending on the file of V Additional District Court, Coimbatore, within a time fixed by this Court

2. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Revenue Divisional Officer (South) Coimbatore.

3. The petitioners have rushed to this Court seeking for an early disposal of the suit which has been filed only in the year 2024, in which service is yet to be completed and the written statements have been filed only on 21.08.2024, except D26. The Revenue Divisional Officer (South) Coimbatore, the 26th defendant was set exparte on 04.10.2024 for nonfiling of written statement. 3/6

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Revenue Divisional Officer (South) Coimbatore, on instructions would submit that the RDO, Coimbatore would file his written statement shortly.

5. There is every likelihood of the Revenue Divisional Officer (South) Coimbatore (26th defendant) filing the written statement and a perusal of case diary of trial Court would show that there are two interlocutory applications namely I.A.No.1 of 2024 and I.A.No.2 of 2024 are pending disposal. Therefore, at this juncture, orders cannot be issued for early disposal of the suit, as it would be putting unnecessary pressure upon the judicial officer of the Court. Therefore, considering the fact that I.A.No.1/2024 and I.A.No.2/2024 are pending on its file, the present civil revision petition is disposed of, directing the learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the said I.A.No.1/2024 and I.A.No.2/2024 on or before 30.06.2025. No costs.
