ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner against the fair and decreetal order in RCA.No.1643 of 2004 dated 24.01.2011 on the file of the VIII Court of Small Causes/Appellate Authority Chennai confirming the fair and decreetal order made in RCOP.No.1209 of 2004 dated 22.11.2004 by the XIII Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. A Joint Memorandum of Compromise has been filed stating that the matter is settled out of court between the petitioner and the second respondent (contesting respondent) and hence the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as not pressed . Memo Recorded.

3. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
