O R D E R

(The matter is heard through 'video conferencing/hybrid mode') The present Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of order of interim injunction granted by this Court on 17.05.2013 in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in C.R.P.(PD) No.1994 of 2013.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the property was encumbered before filing the suit and before the order of this Court. Hence, they have not violated any of the order of this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents further submitted that the suit itself has been settled between the parties. 3.In view of submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that property was mortgaged even before filing of the suit and submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents that the suit itself has been settled between the parties, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
