Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is pending. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) further submitted that the Crime No.182 of 2024 has been transferred to CBCID, Chennai as per the order of this Court in Crl.OP.No.31418 of 2024 dated 13.02.2025. 2.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, in

respect of Crl.MP.3443 of 2025 is concerned, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6(b) vide order in Crl.O.P.No.69 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the CBCID, Chennai on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders; and in respect of Crl.MP.No.3447 of 2025 is concerned, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6(b) vide order in CRL.O.P.No.32627 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the CBCID, Chennai every day at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks, thereafter on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 3.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. 10-03-2025 sai
