This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Second Respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.01.2022 and to investigate the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending Crl.O.P., the respondent have registered a case in Crime No.59 of 2022 under Section 420 of I.P.C. based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.01.2022.
