The W.P.No.26188 of 2015 has been filed praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent in (1) G.O. (2D) No.65, Commercial Taxes and Registration (H) Department, dated 16.5.2013 (2) G.O.(2D) No.136, Commercial Taxes and Registration (H) Department dated 18.12.2013 to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondents to regularize the period of suspension from 13.12.2002 to 04.09.2005 as duty for all purposes and to sanction and disburse full pensionary and retirement benefits (DCRG, Commuted value of Pension, monthly pension, leave encashment) with compound interest at 12% per annum.
2. The W.P.No.26217 of 2015 has been filed praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, Calling for the records relating to (1) Government Letter No.5424/H/2013-6, Commercial Taxes and Registration Department dated 11.03.2014 of the first Respondent (2) Charge Memo No.36364/B7/2002-1 dated 20.09.2002 of the second Respondent, quash the same.
3. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
4. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
