Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the respondent's impugned Letter No.608/aanamu1/2010 dated 31.08.2012 and quash the same and direct the respondent to appoint petitioner as Office Assistant on a monthly salary of Rs.4,800 - 10,000/- with grade pay of Rs.1,300.
