This petition has been filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 03.06.2015 made in Crl.OP.No.11139 of 2015 has not been complied with.

2. In Crl.OP.No.11139 of 2015, this Court passed the following order on 03.06.2015:

"... 4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if

any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1."

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.299 of 2015 and the same was closed on 13.07.2015 and a copy of the Closure Report has also sent to the de facto complainant/petitioner.
