JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was made by Dr.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) Mr.R.Subramanian, Party in Person appeared before us and submitted that he is out of Jail now on Bail and therefore, he may be permitted to appear before the learned Single Judge in pursuance of the interlocutory order passed by the learned Single Judge on 4.10.2018, which is in Appeal before us. 2.In view of the aforesaid statement, we permit the appellant to appear before the learned Single Judge and argue his case. With the said observation, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
