When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the respondents would state that the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2004 has already been disposed of by the Court below and the dispute between the parties has also been amicably settled out of Court and therefore, prayed for dismissal of this petition as infructuous, since nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision.
