The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that against

the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19837 of 2014 dated 24.07.2014, State preferred a Writ Appeal No.372 of 2015 and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

2. In this view of the matter, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition at this point of time. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
