The revision petitioner is the plaintiff in OS No.255 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chengalpet. The respondent herein is the defendant therein.

2.The grievance of the revision petitioner is that the interim application in IA.No.1409 of 2015 in OS.No.255 of 2015 filed to grant an order of ad interim injunction restraining the respondent from in any manner interfering with her peaceful possession and enjoyment of the schedule mentioned property, is yet to be disposed of. 3.Hence, the revision petitioner filed the present Revision petition seeking a direction to the trial court to dispose of the aforesaid application.

rk 4.According to the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, counter affidavit has been filed by other side in IA No.1409 of 2015 in OS No.255 of 2015.

5.In view of the aforesaid submission and also considering the limited prayer sought for herein, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Chengalpet to dispose of IA.No.1409 of 2015 in OS.No.255 of 2015 pending on his file, in the manner known to law, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
