O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam, Vellore District, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.18 of 2019, and complete the same within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Police.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam, Vellore District, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.18 of 2019 and complete the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
