ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to clarify the usage of the open space in front of VN-124 Godown (before allotting / selling the said Godown in the Koyambedu Market) that the open space is not meant for the exclusive usage of the bidder of the VN-124 Godown alone but meant for the Traders of Tomatoes, for loading and unloading their commodities.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed
as infructuous. No costs.
