Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to return back the original certificates of the petitioner's daughter K.Sakthipriya's 12th Mark Sheet, Community Certificate, Transfer Certificate and other related certificates.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to return back the original certificates of the petitioner's daughter K.Sakthipriya's 12th Mark Sheet, Community Certificate, Transfer Certificate and other related certificates.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent-College of Pharmacy, submitted that he has already instructed the second respondentCollege of Pharmacy to return the original certificates as prayed for in this Writ Petition, and if the student/parents approach the second respondent/College with a request in writing, the original certificates and other certificates as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

prayed for in the Writ Petition, will be returned to the student/parents within a week from the date of receipt of such request from the petitioner/parents, if they have no objection to receive such certificates. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition, which is accordingly closed. No costs.
