(F.NO.DRI/CZU/VIII/48/ENQ-01/INT-23/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on him to appear before the respondent monthly once made in Crl.MP.No.52/2020 in Crl.OP.No.23033/2019 vide order dated 20.01.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.N.P.KUMAR, Special Public Prosecutor for DRI Cases on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 20.01.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.52 of 2020 directing him to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that now a show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to appear before the authorities concerned.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner, by order dated 20.01.2020, stands modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the authorities concerned as soon as he receives the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

show cause notice and thereafter as and when required by the authorities.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly with the above modifications.
