The petitioner herein, who is arrayed as one of the accused in Cr.No.712 of 2017, is before this court to quash the complaint.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the status of the 1/3

complaint as per the website of the police department indicates that the action been dropped.

3. In the light of the above fact, nothing survives in this petition except to record the fact that the FIR in Cr.No.712 of 2017 does not survives any more.
