ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to involve in the Civil/property dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was lodged by the petitioner as against the 4th respondent. The 3rd respondent registered two FIR's in Crime Nos.360 and 365 of 2019 against the 4th respondent and others. Now, the petitioner come forward with this petition seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 not to involve in the civil dispute.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondents 1 to 3 except the investigation in Crime Nos.360 and 365 of 2019, are directed not to involve in the Civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.

4. In view of the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
