O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against dismissal of the petition to reopen and recall witness in order to mark advance receipt for having paid a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the other side.

2. The Rent Controller has dismissed the petition against which the present Revision petition is filed.

3. When the matter is taken up today, there is no appearance for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that they have no objection for allowing this Civil Revision Petition provided a time limit is fixed for disposal by the Rent Controller in the Original Petition itself.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent the order passed in M.P No. 178 of 2017, M.P No.179 of 2017 dated 20.04.2017 is set aside and the petitioner is permitted to mark the documents before the Trial Court subject to proof and relavancy, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Rent Controller is further directed to dispose of the R.C.No. 931 of 2015, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
