By consent, the writ petitions are taken up for final disposal.
2.WP No.10979/2015:- The petitioner claims that she has purchased 600 square feet of vacant land bearing Plot No.15, comprised in Survey No.221 Part of Pother Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, by means of a registered sale deed dated 25.2.2014, and she submitted an application dated 9.7.2014, for subdivision/transfer of patta and since it has not been disposed of, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.WP No.10980/2015:- The petitioner claims that he has purchased 827 square feet of vacant land bearing Plot No.53, comprised in Survey No.221 Part of Pother Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, by means of a registered sale deed dated 18.12.2013, and he submitted an application dated 9.7.2014, for subdivision/transfer of patta and since it has not been disposed of, came forward to file this writ petition.
4.WP No.10981/2015:- The petitioner claims that he has purchased 807 square feet of vacant land bearing Plot No.55, comprised in Survey No.221 Part of Pother Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, by means of a registered sale deed dated 23.1.2014, and he submitted an application dated 9.7.2014, for subdivision/transfer of patta and since it has not been disposed of, came forward to file this writ petition.
5.WP No.10982/2015:- The petitioner claims that she has purchased 903 square feet of vacant land bearing Plot No.56, comprised in Survey No.221 Part of Pother Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, by means of a registered sale deed dated 20.3.2014, and she submitted an application dated 9.7.2014, for subdivision/transfer of patta and since it has not been disposed of, came forward to file this writ petition.
6.WP No.10983/2015:- The petitioner claims that he has purchased 600 square feet of vacant land bearing Plot No.22, comprised in Survey No.221 Part of Pother Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, by means of a registered sale deed dated 23.1.2014, and he submitted an application dated 9.7.2014, for subdivision/transfer of patta and since it has not been disposed of, came forward to file this writ petition.
7.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondents, also.
8.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioners, and without going into the merits of the representations/applications dated 9.7.2014, submitted by the petitioners, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representations in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned, as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioners as well as to the persons concerned.
The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
