O R D E R

The petitioner, Mothilal Sankari, having suffered an order of suspension dated 15.02.2016 passed by the Managing Director/the third respondent herein, without approaching the revisional authority under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, has come to this Court, seeking a direction to the respondents to re-instate her in service with back wages and other emoluments.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.As the petitioner has got appeal remedy under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, this Court is not in a position to entertain this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

4.In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is also dismissed.
