The Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer HMOP.No.3619 of 2024 on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Sub Court, Pattukottai.

2. The petitioner married the respondent on 06.09.2018. On 30.03.2022 the parties have been blessed with a female child. Thereafter, due to difference of opinion the parties have separated and the respondent had filed HMOP.No.3619 of 2024 seeking divorce.

3. The petitioner would submit that she and her 2 year old daughter are now residing at Pattukottai. The petitioner would submit that it is very difficult for her to travel from Pattukottai to Chennai to attend every hearing. The petitioner would further submit that the respondent is not giving any maintenance to her or to her daughter.

4. Heard the learned counsels and perused the records. 2/5

Considering the fact that the petitioner has difficulty to travel from Pattukottai to Chennai along with her child and also the fact that they are not receiving any maintenance from the respondent, the Transfer Petition is allowed as prayed for. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
