Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall appear before Judicial Magistrate, Palacode on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.7155 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.15524 of 2020 on 20.11.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VARGEES AMAL RAJA, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the bail condition that " the petitioners shall appear before Judicial Magistrate, Palacode on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7155 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15524 of 2020 on 20.11.2020 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the fact the petitioners are directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Palacode, once in a month, i.e., 1st working day of every month, until further orders.
