The fifth respondent in both the writ petitions, is the contempt petitioner herein. An order of interim injunction passed by this Court on 29.09.2021 in WMP.Nos.22581 & 22578 of 2021 by restraining the first and second respondents from disbursing any of the terminal benefits of the petitioner herein ( other than the Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity, (DCRG).

2. It is the case of the petitioner (fifth respondent in both W.Ps.) that the first and second respondents have not come forward to pay the DCRG of the petitioner pursuant to the interim order of this Court dated 29.09.2021.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submits that as per Rule even DCRG is not payable to the petitioner. There is no positive direction while passing interim order. Both the writ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

kkd petitions are pending before this Court. There is no merits in this contempt petition.

4. Under these circumstances, Registry is directed to list this contempt petition along with these two writ petitions before the Regular Court for final disposal.
