Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that the order 1/3

of this Court made in W.P.No. 992 of 2022, dated 20.09.2022 has been complied with by the respondent. The learned standing counsel has also produced a copy of the orders passed by the respondent in Lr.No. SE/C/MTPS-I/F-LA(Agriland)/D.No.723/2023, dated 26.09.2023.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned standing counsel for the respondent and the orders passed by the respondent, dated 26.09.2023, the contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order of the respondent before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
