Respondent Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the entire records connected with the Order passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, (EO-I), Egmore, Chennai in Cr.M.P.No.2068 of 2015 dated 10.10.2015 in so far as allowing the Petition filed under section 110(1B) of the Customs Act 1962 and fixing the date of visit as on 19.10.2015 at 3.00 a.m. to the premises of the Air Cargo Complex, International Airport, Meenambakkam, Chennai (214.108 Kgs). and on 27.10.2015 at 3.00 p.m. to the office cum godown premises of M/s. A.S.Construction and Lightings Company, No.1, Vyasar Nagar, First Street, Vyasarpadi, Chennai-39 (1.786 MT) where the seized sandalwood are deposited for safe custody, for the purpose of inspection, certifying the correctness and to take photographs prior to the trial and quash the same.

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the Order passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, (EO-I), Egmore, Chennai in Cr.M.P.No.2068 of 2015 dated 10.10.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioners filed a Memo and submitted that during the pendency of the above Civil Revision Petition, the inventory has been taken by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, (EO-I), Egmore, Chennai, as such the above Civil Revision Petition become infructuous.

3. Recording the Memo filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
