ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.1898 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate submitted the proceedings of the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue and disaster Management Department, informing the Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of Urban Land Ceiling and Urban Land Tax, that the proposal for regularizing the lands innocently purchased by the petitioner will be regularized and it is further stated that the correct ownership of the lands is also reflected in the revenue records. 3.It is clear from the proceedings that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the learned Government Advocate is directed to furnish a copy of the proceedings to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
