[Made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the authorities have already identified the encroachments in the Government Poromboke lands and a show cause notice under Section 7 of "the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (Tamil Nadu Act III of 1905)" {hereinafter "1905 Act" for the sake of brevity} was issued on 22.04.2025.
2. That being the factum, the official respondents are directed to proceed with the enforcement actions by following the procedures under Page Nos.2/4
the 1905 Act and remove the encroachments, if any, identified within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
