respondents to survey and point out the field boundaries of the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.119/1, measuring to an extent of 1.01.25 hectare situated at Hele Dharmapuri Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District by fixing survey stones with the 3rd respondent police aid at the time of survey and setting up the fencing to the petitioner's above said property in pursuance of his representation 30.12.2025 within a stipulated period.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application, dated 08.08.2025 with the assistance of the 3rd respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 08.08.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered Page No.2 of 6
by the official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 to 8 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 4 to 8 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 4 to 8, the neighbouring land owners and any other party as they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to issue notice to the Page No.3 of 6
respondents 4 to 8, the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 1 and 2 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance of the 3rd respondent, if required, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(c) There shall be no order as to costs.
