ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition passed by this Court by an order dated 02.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.16938 of 2024, especially condition (3) that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26248 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.16938 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26248 of 2024 is relaxed. Page No.2 of 4
