By this application, the plaintiffs seek permission to exhibit the additional documents set out in the Judge's summons.

2. In the affidavit in support of the application, it is stated that these documents were not filed at the time of institution of the suit inadvertently and that the failure to file the same is neither wilful nor wanton.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent/defendant submits that she has no objection to this application being allowed.

4. The suit is at the stage of recording the plaintiffs' evidence. By taking into consideration the stage of the suit and the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of this application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is shown. Therefore, this application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to exhibit these documents subject to the objections, if any, of the respondent/defendant inter alia on grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof.
