ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed stating that the order of this Court dated 20.11.2014 passed in W.P.No.30329 of 2014 has not been complied with.

2. This Court does not find any willful disobedience on the part of the respondent. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that despite the fact that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner has complied with the direction of this

Court no progress has been made so far.

3. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. However the respondent shall pass appropriate orders on the revision filed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
