ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to pass an order based on the enquiry conducted on 27.07.2016 as per the impugned proceedings dated 21.07.2016, within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents 1 to 4, submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to pass orders, based on the enquiry conducted on 27.07.2016, after giving notice to the respondents 5 and 6, in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to to pass orders, after giving notice to the respondents 5 and 6, based on the enquiry conducted on 27.07.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
