This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that so far, the respondent has not received any complaint against the petitioner and hence, the question of harassment does not arise. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
