ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.410 of 2015 within the time frame.

2. In the petition, it is averred that on 4.10.2015, the petitioner lodged a complaint as against one Sankari and seven others with the respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.410 of 2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 448, 427, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506 (ii) read with 120(B) I.P.C. Though the said complaint was registered in October, 2015, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

this Court directs the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.410 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final report as expeditiously as possible. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
