Contempt petition No.1916 of 2015 has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 10.4.2015 and 9.6.2015 made in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in W.P.No.10430 of 2015.
Contempt petition No.1917 of 2015 has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 23.4.2015 and 9.6.2015 made in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.12014 of 2015.

For Respondent : Mr.M.Devendran, for TNPSC COMMON ORDER These contempt petitions are filed for the alleged non-compliance of the orders of this Court dated 10.4.2015 and 9.6.2015 made in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in W.P.No.10430 of 2015 and dated 23.4.2015 and 9.6.2015 made in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.12014 of 2015.
2. The learned counsel appearing for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has produced a letter in No.3164/LCD-A2/2015 dated 24.6.2015 stating that the answer sheets are valued as directed by this Court. However, he has not informed the marks obtained by the petitioners.
3. Further, it is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission that now the writ petitions of the petitioners are listed for final hearing.
4. It is also submitted that this Court protected the interest of the petitioners by directing the respondent to keep one post vacant in both the writ petitions. It is
also submitted that the valued answer papers would be shown to the Court at the time of final hearing of the writ petitions. The same is recorded and the contempt petitions are closed. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
