petitioner's name with respect of the property comprised in S.No.118/2A measuring to an extent of 0.67.50 hectare situated at Hele Dharmapuri Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District by carrying out the survey with the 3rd respondent police aid in pursuance of the petitioner's online application dated 26.11.2025 bearing Application No.2025/0105/05/380916 and his representation 30.12.2025 within a stipulated period.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance of the 3rd respondent and also to issue a separate patta in favour of the petitioner, based on his online application, dated 26.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since the aforesaid petitioner's online application has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. Page No.2 of 6

Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 to 9 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 4 to 9 is dispensed with by this Court.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, which the petitioner claims that it is owned by him, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 4 to 9, the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party as they deem fit and thereafter, issue a separate patta to the petitioner, if he is entitled to be issued, in his name for the subject property.

5. Accordingly, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance Page No.3 of 6

of the 3rd respondent, if required, based on the petitioner's online application, dated 26.11.2025 after giving due consideration to the documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 4 to 9, the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the respondents 1 and 2 deems it fit to enquire. Thereafter, if the petitioner is found to be eligible, the 1st respondent shall issue a separate patta for the sub-divided property in favour of the petitioner. The respondents 1 and 2 directed to complete the aforesaid exercise, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
