Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's minor child, namely, Master. Heerendra Yugan, aged about 2 1/2 years, old before this court and hand over the custody of the child to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) To direct the 2nd respondent to produce the petitioner's minor child namely 'Heerendra Yugan' and hand over the custody of the child to the petitioner/father, the present Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner, Mr. G. Rajiv, along with his wife Sowmiya,3rd respondent and the minor boy, Heerendra Yugan, aged about 2 1⁄2 years are present before this Court.

3. The petitioner would submit that the issues are settled between them and now they are joined the matrimonial home. Thus, no further adjudication is required.

4. Recording the above said submission of the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
