ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to issue free house site patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representations, dated 18.06.2025 and 09.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since the aforesaid representations were not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representations, dated 18.06.2025 and 09.01.2026 seeking for issuance of free Page No.2 of 4

house site patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, if any, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
