Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for four weeks to comply the condition which were imposed by the Honble Court, Madras by an order dated 04.02.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.8922/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.4466/2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SARAVANAN P., Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and one of the conditions imposed by the Court was that, he has to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of the Crime No.899 of 2019 before the concerned Magistrate which later came to be modified Vide the order of this Court dated 04.02.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.8922 of 2020. As per the modified order the petitioner needs to deposit only Rs.2,00,000/- instead of Rs.3,00,000/-.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready with the money to deposit but, by the time he mobilized the funds during Covid-19, the time fixed for payment has expired. Therefore, he has filed the present petition seeking extension of time..
