Mr. G.Appavu, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the document presented for registration before the 2nd respondent on 29.08.2013 has already been registered and the same was also released to the petitioner.

2. Mrs. G.V.Seethalakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the 2nd respondent had already registered the document, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
