The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.229 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner, who has provided his two wheeler for cattle theft, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the accused/A1 and A2 are habitually robbing cattle and if the petitioner is allowed to anticipatory bail, there is every possibility of occurrence of crime.

4.Since I find force in the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
