ORDER

This Civil Revision petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.2225 of 2019, within a time frame, fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein /plaintiff filed the above said suit seeking recovery of advance amount paid under rental arrangement. It is seen from the A diary abstract filed in the typed set of papers that the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as on 21.06.2023 and thereafter, the matter was posted for filing proof affidavit by the plaintiff. Subsequently, due to pendency of the interlocutory applications, the suit has not been taken up for trial. It is seen from the A diary extract that even today, two interlocutory applications are pending in I.A.No.2 and 3 of 2023.

3. Taking into consideration that the suit was of the year 2019 and the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as in June 2023, this court is inclined to direct the trial court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.2225 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
